鍍鋅鋼格板就是鋼格板生產(chǎn)出來(lái)以后，進(jìn)行的防銹處理。有熱鍍鋅鋼格板和電鍍鋅鋼格板2種。鍍鋅鋼格板具有通風(fēng)透光、防滑，承載力強(qiáng)，美觀耐用，易于清掃，安裝簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。熱鍍鋅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：GB/T 13912-2002 《鋼鐵制件熱鍍鋅技術(shù)要求及實(shí)驗(yàn)方法》鋼格板作為一種新材料、新產(chǎn)品正得到日益廣泛的應(yīng)用，其較多的優(yōu)越性能及良好的性能價(jià)格比顯示了其應(yīng)用的前景。

熱鍍鋅----又稱為熱浸鍍鋅，他是在高溫下把鋅錠融化，在放入一些輔助材料，然后把金屬結(jié)構(gòu)件浸入鍍鋅槽中，使金屬構(gòu)件上附著一層鋅層。熱鍍鋅的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于他的防腐能力強(qiáng)，鍍鋅層的附著力和硬度較好。產(chǎn)品鍍鋅后重量有所增加，我們常說(shuō)的上鋅量，也主要是針對(duì)熱鍍鋅來(lái)說(shuō)的。

“冷鍍”----“電鍍”，即把鋅鹽溶液通過(guò)電解，使鐵離子和鋅離子進(jìn)行置換反映，一般來(lái)說(shuō)不用加熱，上鋅量很少，遇到潮濕環(huán)境很容易生銹。

（1）熱鍍鋅鋼格板扁鋼中心間距：按照系列來(lái)區(qū)分：系列1為30mm；系列2為40mm；系列3為60mm。

（2）熱鍍鋅鋼格板橫桿中心間距：系列1為100mm，系列2為50mm.。其他規(guī)格可定做。

（3）熱鍍鋅鋼格板扁鋼：材質(zhì)為Q235A或不銹鋼，有普通平面型、防滑齒型和截面I型。 常用規(guī)格有20*5、25*5、25*3、32*5、32*5、40*5、40*3、50*5、65*5、75*6、100*8、100*10等。

（4）熱鍍鋅鋼格板橫桿：材質(zhì)為Q235A或304不銹鋼的圓鋼、扭絞方鋼、方鋼或六角鋼。扭絞方鋼是由盤(pán)園經(jīng)方模拉絲并扭絞而成，其常用規(guī)格有5*5、6*6、8*8mm等。 這就是區(qū)別真假熱鍍鋅鋼格板的四大特征。
