鍍鋅鋼格板就是鋼格板生產出來以后，進行的防銹處理。有熱鍍鋅鋼格板和電鍍鋅鋼格板2種。鍍鋅鋼格板具有通風透光、防滑，承載力強，美觀耐用，易于清掃，安裝簡便等優點。熱鍍鋅標準為：GB/T 13912-2002 《鋼鐵制件熱鍍鋅技術要求及實驗方法》鋼格板作為一種新材料、新產品正得到日益廣泛的應用，其較多的優越性能及良好的性能價格比顯示了其應用的前景。

“冷鍍”----“電鍍”，即把鋅鹽溶液通過電解，使鐵離子和鋅離子進行置換反映，一般來說不用加熱，上鋅量很少，遇到潮濕環境很容易生銹。

（1）熱鍍鋅鋼格板扁鋼中心間距：按照系列來區分：系列1為30mm；系列2為40mm；系列3為60mm。

（2）熱鍍鋅鋼格板橫桿中心間距：系列1為100mm，系列2為50mm.。其他規格可定做。

（3）熱鍍鋅鋼格板扁鋼：材質為Q235A或不銹鋼，有普通平面型、防滑齒型和截面I型。 常用規格有20*5、25*5、25*3、32*5、32*5、40*5、40*3、50*5、65*5、75*6、100*8、100*10等。

（4）熱鍍鋅鋼格板橫桿：材質為Q235A或304不銹鋼的圓鋼、扭絞方鋼、方鋼或六角鋼。扭絞方鋼是由盤園經方模拉絲并扭絞而成，其常用規格有5*5、6*6、8*8mm等。 這就是區別真假熱鍍鋅鋼格板的四大特征。
